UPDATE: We Are About To Get Hit By Hurricane Ian
A brief letter to my followers
Good morning everyone,
I just wanted to touch base and let you all know that my family and I are in the direct path of Hurricane Ian. This is going to be a very powerful storm that has the potential to devastate my community. I just wanted to write and let you all know that my production might be hampered going forward.
I have over 5,000 followers, and some of you are very loyal. I notice that many of you read my stuff consistently, and I appreciate that. My loyal readers are one of the main reasons why I put in the work on Medium day in and day out. I strive to put out an article every day, but my pipeline might be disrupted by this natural disaster.
I am a born and raised Floridian. This is not my first major hurricane, and it likely won’t be my last. We are going to be fine in the long run, but I am expecting to at least lose power (and hopefully nothing else) for a substantial amount of time.
I am not looking for sympathy or dread by proxy. I just wanted to keep all of you in the loop as to what was going on.
