Trump's going to be too old. He'll be 83 at the end of this term. I'm more worried about him dying in office than staying past 2029. You should be worried that JD Vance will take up the mantle and carry Trumpism into the next decade rather than wringing your hands over some fantasy about an immortal Trump dictator somehow taking shape.
