The Potential Benefits Of a Warming Planet

For those sick of the constant negativity

The attitude about the future of our planet is bleak to say the least. The media can’t help but constantly bring up the “warming planet” or the “effects of climate change.” It is all doom and gloom. We’re all doomed. We’re all gloomed. It has gotten so bad that some people are refusing to have children because they are afraid of the future. They think that their kids and grandkids are going to burn to death or drown. That is because the messaging around climate change is alarmist, defeatist, and pervasive.

But I am an optimist. Sea level rise is slow. You won’t drown. You have up to a week to get out of the path of an oncoming hurricane. No one really dies from heat exposure. In fact, cold exposure kills far, far more people than heat does (more on that later.)

So if you are like me and are completely sick of the constant whining and wolf crying about global warming and climate change, here are some positives and benefits that future generations might see thanks to a warmer Earth.
