Sure. I guess. But the problem is billions of people don't believe their texts are fiction. And simply telling them that won't change their minds. You have to convince people that these books are fictional. Not just say that they are. Because I can simply say the obvious retort "It's not fictional" which is the exact same thing as you saying "It is fictional."
