I didn't say Iran controls Lebanon. No one really does. That's part of the Nation's woes.
We shot down Admiral Yamamoto over open waters. Killed OBL in Pakistan. Tried to kill Castro with an exploding cigar. I'm not sure why this particular assassination has you so riled up other than the fact that Israel did it. If Ukraine blew up Putin in Moscow I know you'd have an article hot off the jump ready to praise them to high heavens.
I don't condone bombing civilian areas but I'm not an Israeli general. I just find it silly that Israel gets so much flak for conduct that everyone does. Ukraine Russia are bombing each other's residential areas. United States was responsible for millions (MILLIONS!) of deaths and displacements In the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq we're still illegally in Syria. I don't condone such behavior but I am confused as to why we suddenly found our morals and are only applying them to Israel. These same people are cheering Ukraine on for bombing Moscow and egging them to use larger and longer range missiles. I just don't like the double standard.
But my original point still stands that man wasn't a national leader. Israel has not assassinated any national leaders. Though they have explicitly taken out some Iranian officials who were in close proximity to terrorists.
