HUGE Milestones, HUGE Thank Yous (!!!)

I just wanted to pause briefly from my work to let you all know that we have reached some huge milestones in the last few weeks. All of these milestones are a collective effort. While I do the research and the writing, it is everyone else that does the reading, enjoying, liking and clapping that coalesce into statistics that I can celebrate. Without you all I would simply have a lot of worthless knowledge, a bunch of wasted words and an empty bank account. Your continued support, daily reads and insightful comments keep me coming back to the keyboard day in and day out.

• I recently surpassed 500 published stories on Medium. Not all of them were hard hitting, award winners but I am proud of each of them in their own right. That is a lot of words and a lot of work!
• I am on pace to reach 5,000 unique followers by the end of the week which is honestly incredible. I remember telling my wife when I hit 2.5k followers that the next milestone was 5k. I didn’t know if I’d ever manage to reach it. But it looks like I am about to. Which is very exciting.
• I also hit a record for revenue last month. I won’t get into the details but it was a pleasant surprise. It was not an insubstantial amount and all of that came directly from reading time by you! (I refuse to be one of those people that writes about…
