Anyone who thinks fossil fuels are going to vanish overnight are kidding themselves. There are many, many more decades of oil and gas power in our future. I think any step away from that towards something different is good at this point.

Solar panels are super dirty to build and require tons of petrochemicals to manufacture. Green energy just isn’t big enough to power the world. Yet. And there are few green sources of energy that create hydrogen as a byproduct.

I know green ammonia is the truly exciting prospect but I think this is the first step towards that.
